Carved into a hillside above the city, this 13,000-seater structure was built during the King Mausolus-era and updated by the Romans in the 2nd century AD. Soak up the stunning views over Bodrum from the steeply tiered rows of seats, and discover how some of the seats are still inscribed with the names of the patrons who paid for them centuries ago.
