Meet your tour guide in the fashionable neighborhood of Palermo Viejo to begin your 5-hour culinary and cultural neighborhood tour. We will show you how to start the fire, and you will help make the chimichurri!
You will also help prepare the salad, and then we head out to buy the main cuts of steak for the asado. On our way to the butcher shop, you will get some neighborhood history, and we will have plenty of opportunities to admire the local street art.
We then visit a charming wine shop with its own garden where they will invite us for a cup of wine to sample before deciding on which bottles to take with us.
We head back home, where our Argentine grill master is tending to the fire. We will have some appetizers with Argentina's most famous cocktail, the Fernandito. We then finish putting the salads together and head out to the back to see how the grill has been set up, and sit down to eat what will most likely be the best meal of your trip.
