The Etna excursion at sunset - Sunset allows you to visit some of the most evocative places of the Etna park, including the Valle del Bove, the side craters and the extinguished lava flows of various eras, crossing the lunar landscapes until the fall of sun, to admire the colors of the sunset from an altitude of about 2000 meters. If there are active eruptions in progress we will obviously give priority to the vision of the eruptive theater from panoramic positions. The difficulty of the excursion can vary, according to the guide, from a very simple route to more demanding excursions. All the itineraries are formulated, thanks to the experience of our staff, to live an interesting and at the same time funny experience. We will also let you experience the thrill of descending into the meanders of the volcano by visiting a lava flow cave (lava tube) equipped with a helmet and speleologist lights, to understand the phenomena connected to the lava flow. Our nature guides will enrich your excursion by illustrating, with a simple and clear language for everyone, the innumerable natural and volcanological aspects of Europe's largest volcano, named UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2013. The tour ends with a sweet aperitif based of wine and almond desserts, in full Sicilian style.
